About the Job

As the key maintenance lead in this corporate office, you will be responsible for ensuring the building remains fully functional and compliant. Your core duties will include:

  • Overseeing all hard services maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to urgent repairs
  • Supervising contractors carrying out installation, upgrade, and specialist work
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, EHS, and risk assessments
  • Reviewing and approving RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
  • Logging all maintenance activities, including emergency repairs and PPM updates
  • Keeping accurate reports and documentation for building management systems

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Trade Qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing) – formal apprenticeship required
  • 5+ years of experience in hard services maintenance within commercial, corporate, or industrial settings
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Experience overseeing contractors and managing external service providers
  • Knowledge of RAMS, EHS, Health & Safety, and risk assessments
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports

Desirable Skills

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
