About the Role

This Temporary Employee Relations and HR Coordinator role is a 3-month position based in North Co. Dublin. The primary focus is on supporting the HR team with recruitment, employee relations administration, and HR processes. This includes coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining HR documentation, assisting with policy and procedure updates, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4–5 years of professional HR experience, strong administrative skills, and a solid understanding of Irish employment legislation. A CIPD qualification is required, and experience with the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) is highly desirable, particularly in supporting HR teams and employers in policy and procedure development.

βœ” Recruitment & Selection – Manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
βœ” Employee Relations Administration – Assist with case documentation and policy compliance.
βœ” HR Administration – Maintain HR records, manage leave documentation, and update policies.
βœ” HR Systems Support – Help employees navigate HRM and T&A systems (Softworks experience is a plus).
βœ” HR Analytics & Reporting – Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment activity.
βœ” Policy & Procedure Updates – Support the HR team in updating and maintaining HR policies.
βœ” Executive & Administrative Support – Assist senior leadership with HR-related tasks, documentation, and visa applications.
βœ” Meeting & Event Coordination – Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and handle logistics.


What You Need to Succeed

Essential Requirements

  • βœ… CIPD Qualification – A minimum of CIPD accreditation is required.
  • βœ…HR Experience – At least 4–5 years of professional HR experience in a similar role.
  • βœ… Recruitment Expertise – Ability to manage job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • βœ… Employee Relations Support – Experience assisting in HR case documentation and policy administration.
  • βœ… Irish Employment Legislation Knowledge – Familiarity with Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • βœ… HR Systems Proficiency – Experience using HRM or T&A systems (Softworks is a plus).
  • βœ… Microsoft Office Expertise – Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and reporting.
  • βœ… Confidentiality & Discretion – Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Desirable Skills

  • βž• WRC Experience – Knowledge of how WRC processes can support HR teams and employers in policy and procedure development.
  • βž• HR Analytics – Experience in generating reports and analysing HR data, such as recruitment trends and workforce metrics.
  • βž• Policy & Procedure Development – Experience assisting in HR policy updates and compliance monitoring.
  • βž• Executive Support Experience – Comfortable working with senior management on HR-related matters.
  • βž• Event & Training Coordination – Skilled in organising internal meetings and employee training sessions.
