About the Role:
This role is an opportunity for a BMS Mechanical Engineer to join a team dedicated to maintaining and optimising Building Management Systems (BMS) and related mechanical systems in a dynamic commercial environment. Based in South Dublin, you will take responsibility for both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless system performance and adherence to health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background as a commercial plumber or in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Transferable skills in diagnostics, problem-solving, and technical documentation are highly valued, alongside a commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a high standard of work.
Key Highlights:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and manage reactive repairs for BMS and mechanical systems.

What You Need to Succeed:
Essential Requirements:
- Trade Qualification: Proven expertise in plumbing, HVAC, or similar systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mechanical system maintenance, with exposure to BMS being advantageous.
- Health and Safety Training: Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Flexibility: Availability to respond to occasional out-of-hours requirements.
