Job Overview
As a Junior Call Agent – Inbound Calls, you’ll assist customers across Ireland with vehicle breakdowns and other urgent situations. You’ll need a calm and professional telephone manner, strong written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases at once while ensuring customers feel supported. Your role will also involve using tools like Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems to manage cases efficiently.
This six-month contract is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to expand their skills in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Key Duties
- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with coordinating services such as roadside assistance.
- Maintain accurate case records using Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Handle sensitive cases with care and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Experience:
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales or Target-Driven Role: Previous experience in sales or target-oriented roles is an advantage.
Education:
- Leaving Certificate or Equivalent: Minimum educational qualification required.
Skills:
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Telephone Manner: Calm, clear, and empathetic in handling calls.
- PC Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, and general computer use.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive, customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks without compromising quality.
