About the Role
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Ireland facing urgent issues, such as vehicle breakdowns. Your role involves providing professional and empathetic support, ensuring that customers feel reassured while managing their cases efficiently. Utilising tools like Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems, you’ll maintain accurate records and deliver timely updates.

Hours: 35 hours per week (shifts Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 6 PM)
Work Environment: Hybrid (60% office-based; 40% remote)
Hourly Rate: €13.74 per hour

What You Need to Succeed
Essential Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Educational Background: A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Telephone Manner: Ability to handle calls calmly, clearly, and empathetically.
- PC Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, and general computer tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and positive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Multi-Tasking Abilities: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
