We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Front of House Specialist to manage front desk operations at a corporate office in Dublin. Acting as the first point of contact, you will ensure all visitors and employees experience a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent reception services, coordinating visitor access, managing communications, and maintaining exceptional standards of service in the workplace.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of 2-3 years of hotel receptionist experience and 4-5 years of corporate reception experience. Expertise in Microsoft Office, IT systems, and CRM tools is essential, along with fluency in written and verbal English (CEFR C2+). With a proactive mindset and polished communication skills, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s professional image and operations.

What You Need to Succeed
Essential Requirements
- Hotel reception experience: 2-3 years of experience working as a hotel receptionist, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
- Corporate reception experience: 4-5 years in a professional corporate environment, managing front desk services to a high standard.
- Microsoft Office expertise: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage communications and reporting.
- IT proficiency: Skilled at using and adapting to new systems and tools efficiently.
- Fluent English: Written and verbal fluency at CEFR C2+ level is essential.
- Organisational skills: Strong ability to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
