About the Job

We are urgently seeking a Temporary Part-Qualified Accountant to support the company’s audit process for year-end 2023. This full-time role is expected to last three months, during which the successful candidate will manage key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and assist in finalising the audit with SAP. The role will involve collaboration with teams across multiple time zones.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a global company, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in SAP
  • Provide essential support during the year-end audit process
  • Collaborate with finance teams globally, especially with those located in different time zones
  • Ensure compliance with tax filing requirements and support audit deliverables
  • Process payments and handle routine financial tasks in a timely manner
  • Contribute to maintaining the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Support the Finance Manager with audit preparation and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Part-qualified accountant with at least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • 2-3 Years experience with SAP essential.
  • Solid background in AP and AR management
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multinational environment
  • Must be a European Citizen and currently residing in Ireland
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different time zones
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage workloads independently

Essential Skills Needed

  1. Essential experience using SAP
  2. Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills
  4. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  6. Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. Ability to collaborate with global teams and adjust to different time zones
