About the Job:

As the Technical Hard Services Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring top performance in safety, quality, service delivery, and cost efficiency across all facilities. This includes overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance, supervising repairs, and ensuring optimal equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Train and support technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage multiple sites to ensure consistent service delivery and efficiency.
  • Maintain expertise in HVAC, building maintenance systems, and communication protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in facilities management, particularly in hard services management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in HVAC and other building maintenance systems.
