Print Studio Assistant – Dublin’s Leading Event Management Company
Overview:
We are looking for a Print Studio Assistant to join Dublin’s leading Event Management Company, an industry pioneer with over 25 years of experience in delivering captivating projects that include pop-ups, commercial fit-outs, exhibitions, events, bespoke builds, custom home office pods, furniture, and custom interiors. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various projects, working with a talented team dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the studio team with printing, lamination, name cards, and graphic application.
- Ensure all graphics and name cards are wrapped, labelled, and delivered to the site on time for each event.
- Collaborate with the events and production teams to ensure all design information is accurate.
- Support the onsite installation of graphics and name cards.
- Manage the printing of graphics.
- Coordinate with administration staff to order stock, arrange services, and manage logistics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant production background.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
- High enthusiasm and energy with a proactive and creative approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently once instructed, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, working productively and cohesively with others.
- Strong project management skills, with the capability to carry projects through to production.
- A customer-focused approach, exhibiting confidence, assertiveness, and excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in large format printers, laminating, mounting, and vinyl application.
- Fluent in English with robust communication skills.
- Flexible attitude towards working hours.
