The Personal Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Director of People and Culture. This role involves maintaining efficient project workflows through meticulous record keeping, effective resource coordination, and precise scheduling. The assistant ensures compliance with government and safety regulations and supports the Director in delivering effective services to both external contacts and internal stakeholders. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency within the People and Culture department, directly contributing to its success.

  • Manage and organise the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, report generation, and correspondence handling.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • 2-3 Years Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of efficiency and professionalism.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) and remote communication tools (SharePoint, Planner, Teams, Flow, Power BI and StaffHub).
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience handling confidential information with discretion.
