Personal Assistant Temporary

VAC-11853T, Dublin 12, Personal Assistant Temporary

  • Efficiently manage and organise the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Provide robust administrative support, including document preparation, report generation, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with SharePoint, Teams, and other office management software.
  • Must demonstrate a high typing speed (at least 50 words per minute).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Immediate availability for a temporary contract.
  • Ability to commute reliably to the Dublin 12 office location every weekday.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this position.
