Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organise the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide robust administrative support, including document preparation, report generation, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with SharePoint, Teams, and other office management software.
- Must demonstrate a high typing speed (at least 50 words per minute).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability for a temporary contract.
- Ability to commute reliably to the Dublin 12 office location every weekday.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this position.
