Overview
As the Maintenance Services Manager you will play a crucial role managing and maintaining an active campus under a residence service contract in Dublin. This position involves overseeing a maintenance team, coordinating with third-party contractors, and liaising daily with clients and representatives to ensure service standards and KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all buildings, services, and equipment in accordance with the service contract and KPIs.
- Provide technical maintenance advice to meet customer and legal requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement in service quality.
- Establish and maintain strong client and team relationships.
- Address non-conformances and conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Compile reports for management and maintain proactive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for effective service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified in Facilities Management with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Proven team leadership qualities and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Competent in report writing and maintaining clear documentation.
- Flexible in working hours and a self-starter attitude.
- PC literate, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Business Management platforms.
