Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of a prime commercial property located in Dublin 2. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a chance to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing property value and occupier satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Services Management: Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, and building maintenance to maintain operational excellence.

- Maintenance Coordination: Handle both reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Subcontractor Management: Ensure compliance and performance standards are met.

- Budgeting and Financial Management: Participate in budgeting processes aiming for cost-effectiveness.
