About the Job:
This role of Facilities Hard Services Deployment involves overseeing the Hard Servics facilities management team to ensure operational excellence across site facilities. The role is crucial for maintaining the smooth running of operations, emphasizing safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the facilities management team to achieve targets in safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all site facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repairs (PPM), ensuring high uptime and efficiency.
- Maintain records.
- Provide support, training and mentoring for the onsite technicians.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5 Years’ Experience in facilities management, especially in supervisory roles.
- Skilled in handling operations and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- HVAC experience essential.
- BMS fault finding and diagnostic essential.
- Experience in: M&E, Calibration, Building Fabric and CMMS.
