Overview:
Seeking a proficient SAP user for the role of CMMS Administrator within a leading Global Facilities Management company. The successful candidate will ensure the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is meticulously maintained, facilitating the smooth execution of on-site maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and document new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS (SAP & Procal) according to change control procedures.
- Keep the supplier quality management systems for spare parts up-to-date, adhering to change control standards.
- Manage all documentation concerning the CMMS and supplier quality management system efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to approve and implement maintenance schedules, with a focus on safety compliance and maintaining excellence in service quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must be fully proficient with SAP.
- Demonstrates excellent data management skills.
- Experienced in using document management systems and office applications.
- Previous experience in a GMP environment and knowledge of quality management systems preferred.
- Understanding of Maintenance Systems structure and applications.
- An analytical thinker, data-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
