Highly experienced operations and supply chain leader with more than 15 years’ experience building, developing and scaling multi-site distribution operations. Brings extensive senior-level experience across inventory, supplier management, logistics, customer service, commercial performance, ERP systems and operational reporting, with particular knowledge of building supplies, MEP and heating-related products.
A particular strength is combining commercial growth with operational structure and process improvement. Has previously led substantial business growth while developing the systems and processes required to support increased turnover without a corresponding increase in headcount. More recent experience includes ERP and process implementation, multi-site margin performance, product-range rationalisation, stock and supplier controls and the development of management reporting frameworks.
Offers considerable experience in ERP implementation, inventory optimisation and business integration, including consolidating multiple businesses and IT platforms into a single ERP environment, significantly rationalising large product ranges, introducing multi-branch delivery processes and leading organisation-wide training following system implementation. Has also worked closely with senior leadership and Boards on profitability, operational performance and strategic decision-making.
