Role Overview:
As the Temporary Receptionist/Administrator you will be the face that greets all clients and visitors to the building. In your role you will oversee the effective management of the front desk. This will include efficiently managing incoming deliveries, meeting and greeting visitors to the building directing them throughout the building. As part of your duties you will require . You’ll warmly welcome visitors, provide assistance, and ensure effective communication with our remote Timekeeping Coordinator.
As the successful applicant you will uphold a professional demeaner, be organised, proficient, punctual, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and possess excellent IT skills with Microsoft office ensuring your success in the role.
