Job Summary
Hall Recruitment is recruiting a Head of Operations & Supply Chain for a growing organisation operating within the health, wellness and consumer products sector.
This is a senior leadership position combining end-to-end supply chain management with broader operational responsibility. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for improving operational performance while developing the people, processes, systems and external partnerships required to support continued business growth.
The role covers supply chain, customer service, demand planning, inventory, supplier and logistics management, systems, reporting and continuous improvement. You will need to be equally comfortable developing longer-term operational plans and addressing the practical issues affecting performance today.
As the organisation grows, there is scope for this position to develop into a broader senior operational leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Business Scaling
You will help develop an operating model capable of supporting continued business growth.
Responsibilities include:

You will manage key external relationships across logistics, manufacturing and supply.
