About the Role
This Temporary Employee Relations and HR Coordinator role is a 3-month position based in North Co. Dublin. The primary focus is on supporting the HR team with recruitment, employee relations administration, and HR processes. This includes coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining HR documentation, assisting with policy and procedure updates, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4β5 years of professional HR experience, strong administrative skills, and a solid understanding of Irish employment legislation. A CIPD qualification is required, and experience with the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) is highly desirable, particularly in supporting HR teams and employers in policy and procedure development.

What You Need to Succeed
Essential Requirements
- β CIPD Qualification β A minimum of CIPD accreditation is required.
- β HR Experience β At least 4β5 years of professional HR experience in a similar role.
- β Recruitment Expertise β Ability to manage job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- β Employee Relations Support β Experience assisting in HR case documentation and policy administration.
- β Irish Employment Legislation Knowledge β Familiarity with Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- β HR Systems Proficiency β Experience using HRM or T&A systems (Softworks is a plus).
- β Microsoft Office Expertise β Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- β Confidentiality & Discretion β Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
