OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide electrical and controls support service to our client as part of the maintenance and operations team. To ensure operations, maintenance and repairs are carried out in compliance to relevant SLAs, SOP’s and GxP requirements where required.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To carry out routine Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance work generated on work orders to meet service level agreements and to respond to emergency breakdowns across site.
- To ensure correct and effective system operation of electrical and control systems on site and at other sites
- To liaise and communicate as needed with end users/customers to determine requirements in a respectful, pro-active, professional manner.
- To specify and order supplies or materials as needed for work, develop standardised PM structure for all site buildings and monitor changes required.
- To carry out routine planned electrical maintenance tasks on a range of utilities, plant and equipment as required. Typical activities may include, but are not limited to: PAT testing, IR surveying, continuity testing, lighting checks, breaker testing, tests, repairs and maintenance.
- Complete site lighting repairs and replacements.
- To monitor and respond to BMS alarms
- Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are fulfilled prior to work commencement. Ensure all works activities are carried out within agreed timelines, while ensuring safe systems of work (RA, MS, SPA and Permits) are adhered to.
- To maintain electrical and control systems, plant and work equipment in good order.
- Candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a growing team. They must be capable and willing to undertake additional technical service duties as the need/demand requires both at site level and in supporting regionally.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 + Years’ Experience in large multi-national industry.
- Electrical Qualification
- Understanding of RAL system
- Technical Experience
- Leaving Certificate
- PC literate
- CMMS Experience
- Building Services Experience
- Full Clean driving licence
