🎥 Instructions for Your Video Introduction
Thank you for taking the time to complete your video introduction as part of your application for the Client Relations Officer position. This short video allows our client, Melanie, to get to know you beyond your CV and understand how you might approach the key responsibilities of the role.
Please follow the steps below:
- Ensure your device camera and microphone are enabled.
- Click the “Start” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You will be asked to answer two questions:
- What interested you in this position?
- How would you respond to a parent who is upset after their child was not offered a place?
- When you are finished, you will have the option to review your video, redo it if necessary, and then download the final version.
- Once you are happy with your recording, please email the video file as an attachment to:

We will review your submission, edit it for presentation if needed, and share it with Melanie as part of your application.
