HR Business Partner PART TIME
Location Ballycoolin, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Salary €38k - €45k (DOE) Pro Rata
Part time 3 Days a week
Working as a business partner with the leaders & management teams
Manage the day to day duties of the HR function
Be 1st point of contact for all HR related activities including recruitment, performance management, promotions & benefits, employee relations issues, employee engagement activities, policy development & maintain staff records.
Provide expert and professional advice on people issues. Support key stakeholders including senior leaders on disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance management cases using a common sense approach in order to minimise risk
Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and case law.
Preparation & development of job descriptions & job adverts; decide on best & cost effective method to attract talent
Coordinate & communicate with candidates/agencies, schedule interviews, shortlist applicants & conduct interviews, employment contract generation
Deliver & keep updated the induction training programme
Solid knowledge of Irish law. Interpret and advise on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, performance management, GDPR, family leave
Mentor & coach managers on dealing with grievances and implementing the disciplinary process where necessary
Own the employee performance management cycle and manage the annual review process with the leadership/management team. Analyse training needs in conjunction with line managers; plan and deliver training
Deal with employee requests on all HR related queries
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations, attrition etc.)
General administration duties, e.g. creating hr files for new starters, HRIS system management, filing, data entry, references, statements of earnings, completing Social Welfare forms, mortgage application letters
Demonstrate an ability to good decisions.

Ability to build trusted relationships in order to influence others.
Excellent communication skills across all levels in the company.
High degree of business awareness and commercially focused.
High level of integrity & discretion. Must be approachable.
Proven experience as an HR business partner/manager.
Accountable for actions and ownership to get things done.
Common sense approach to dealing with a wide range & variety of HR issues.
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
CIPD qualified, BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
You will be flexible to travel as there will be occasional travel throughout Ireland will expected in this role.
Hold a full, clean driving licence.
