Hall Recruitment is seeking a temporary receptionist who is available to cover short term contracts in the Cork area. The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience in a hotel or corporate environment and be immediately available.
As a Temporary Receptionist your primary responsibility will be to the visitors. An exceptional receptionist will be able to greet and assist all visitors to the company both in person and on the phone. They will have exceptional PC and administrative skills to schedule meetings and appointments and note keeping, as well as announce clients to the relevant colleagues and departments.
The successful candidate will be highly adaptable with a warm and friendly demeanour.
What you will be doing:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building
- Organising the incoming post
- Welcoming visitors as they arrive on site
- Answering phone calls in a timely manner
- Managing the meeting room diary
- Relaying messages when extensions are busy
- Follow up on email correspondence
- Maintain a tidy reception area
You will need:
- Minimum 2 years reception experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable answering phone calls
- Friendly and welcoming personality
