Essential Requirements
- Reception Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reception or front-of-house role within a structured environment.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a confident, welcoming manner.
- Professionalism
- Ability to represent the organisation with a polished, calm, and reliable approach.
