Job Overview
This temporary position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the finance department of a creative and dynamic event management company. Over a two-week period, the successful candidate will support the finance manager and general manager by addressing a backlog and ensuring that financial records are accurately maintained. Day-to-day responsibilities will include invoice reconciliation, data entry, and administrative tasks within a collaborative office environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders. Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice reconciliation: Check, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
- Financial data entry: Input financial records into the accounting system (Big Red Cloud and others) with high accuracy.
- Administrative support: Perform general tasks, including filing, organising records, and maintaining essential documentation.
