About the Role
Hall Recruitment is seeking a highly capable Supply Chain Planner to support production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination for a leading pharmaceutical operation. Working with internal teams, external manufacturers, and logistics partners, you will help ensure uninterrupted product availability, accurate stock positions, and consistent supply chain performance.
This role is ideal for a structured, analytical professional with 3–4 years’ experience in supply chain management and at least 1–2 years in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing supply chain environment. You will work extensively with SAP ECC to manage production plans, purchase orders, and inventory reconciliations, and you will contribute to monthly S&OP cycles and vendor management.
The successful candidate must be available to work on-site every Tuesday and Wednesday as part of a fixed hybrid schedule. The organisation would ideally like someone to start before Christmas, although there is flexibility for the right applicant.

Essential Requirements
- Supply Chain Experience
- 3–4 years’ experience working in Supply Chain Management, with clear exposure to planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Pharma / Manufacturing Background
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing supply chain environment, ideally in a regulated setting.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- SAP ECC
- Demonstrable experience using SAP ECC in a supply chain context (MRP review, PO creation, inventory management, and master data maintenance).
- Analytical Capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with operations, quality, logistics, finance, and external vendors, with clear and professional communication skills.
- Organisation & Time Management
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structured plans, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable working with reporting tools; experience with Tableau is advantageous.

Summary and Application
This is a full-time, 12 Month Contract Supply Chain Planner role based in Dublin 4, operating on a hybrid model with Tuesday and Wednesday on-site and the remaining days worked from home. The position offers a salary in the region of €50,000–€55,000, depending on experience.
