About the Role!
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 550 employees. This is a 6-month contract position that will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a non-profit organisation.
Ideal Candiate Profile:
- Oversee the entire payroll process for approximately 500+ staff members.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records using Microplay and Business World
- Ensure timely and compliant reporting to Revenue Commissioners (ROS)
- Transfer monthly payroll data to Business World
- Provide accurate salary and budget information to the management team.
- Address payroll-related queries from staff members
- Collaborate with external auditors during audit periods.
