As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 550 employees. This is a 6-month contract position that will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a non-profit organisation.

Ideal Candiate Profile:

  • Oversee the entire payroll process for approximately 500+ staff members.
  • Generate comprehensive payroll reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records using Microplay and Business World
  • Ensure timely and compliant reporting to Revenue Commissioners (ROS)
  • Transfer monthly payroll data to Business World
  • Provide accurate salary and budget information to the management team.
  • Address payroll-related queries from staff members
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audit periods.
