As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of the company’s properties in Ireland. This includes ensuring that the buildings are well-maintained for the comfort and safety of tenants, managing planned maintenance schedules, and identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency. The Facilities Manager works closely with the Property Director and other team members, including external service providers and contractors.

Candidate Resources: What does a facilities Manager do?

  • Oversee technical and operational aspects of multiple commercial properties.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenant facility issues.
  • Manage planned maintenance schedules and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate contractors and suppliers for efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Streamline office facilities, including IT and health and safety training.
