Job Outline:
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of the company’s properties in Ireland. This includes ensuring that the buildings are well-maintained for the comfort and safety of tenants, managing planned maintenance schedules, and identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency. The Facilities Manager works closely with the Property Director and other team members, including external service providers and contractors.
