Our client, one of Ireland’s leading independent educational organisations, is situated in the heart of Dublin. This organisation is known for its strong team ethic and excellent working environment. They are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Client Services Support professional to join their diverse and busy team.

About the Job:

As a Client Services Support professional, you will provide professional advice and guidance to clients daily, both over the phone and via email. Your role includes advising clients on various courses, guiding them through the application process, and assisting new starters with technical issues over Teams and phone to ensure a seamless start and continued support throughout their journey with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties – handling phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person queries
  • Liaising directly with customers (students, parents, and teachers)
  • Delivering timely and accurate responses to customer queries and requests
  • Maintaining accountability for accurate and timely assistance to customers
  • Providing first contact resolution to Helpdesk incidents and requests
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in using different software systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Efficiency, attention to detail, and a willingness to adapt and learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with customers and team members at all levels of the business
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Team Player: Demonstrates a strong team ethic and works well both independently and collaboratively
  • Tech-Savvy: Possesses strong IT and systems knowledge
