Supply Chain Administrator
Salary – € 35K (doe)
Location - Ennis, Co Clare
Hours of Work - 40 hours a week
Job Overview
You will manage the service & maintenance areas in relation to quoting for works, preparing work orders, invoicing, managing parts availability and support day-to-day requirements for Finance and Supply Chain admin task management. You will be at the heart of the Service Management business, working alongside a dedicated team of planners, supervisors, Co-ordinators and admins. You can expect a busy and varied day!
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicate, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Update the internal CMMS system daily (databases and filing systems)
- Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collate and file quotes, purchase orders and invoices
- Issue monthly reports detailing key performance indicators in relation to Quoted works, client POs, Work Order Invoices, and Parts availability
- Encourage best practice in areas of health, safety and environment
- Seek out continuous improvements and sustainability opportunities
- Attend monthly meeting to review goals with Operations Manager
- Provide exceptional service in order to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in a supply chain administration role
- Fully PC literacy and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Project
- Experience with Business Management platforms (CMMS/Job Logic/Sage)
- Qualification in Finance or Supply Chain would be beneficial
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Service Industry, within the technical or construction industry
- Hold a current valid driving licence
