As the Senior Facilities Co-ordinator you will report to the sites’ Senior Facilities Manager and be responsible for leading the delivery of all operational activity within a satellite location through a team. This position is responsible for supporting the Senior Facility Manager by creating, sustaining and delivering all facility management services to the site occupants, ensuring QHSE, statutory, operational and commercial compliance.
You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of service standards in line with the Contract, SLA and KPI
You will also proactively support and deliver a collaborative and co-operative environment across the site team.
Manage, motivate and develop reporting staff through effective induction, training and development and annual appraisals is of prime importance
The successful candidate will always be a highly visible presence and the initial point of escalation for all building-based occupants and site users / visitors.

Career Path to Success will require:
3-5 years’ experience in a facilities co-ordinator role or related service environment
You will demonstrate experience in dealing with customer service
You will have experience in managing PPM and reactive work orders
You should have experience in contract management and measurement
Experience in MS Office or similar
IOSH or equivalent H&S training is preferable
