Our client is an Independent construction company based in Arklow and they are looking for an enthusiastic, keen and organised Receptionist Administrator to join their growing business.
Hours 9.00 – 5.30
Outline of Main duties
Meeting and greeting visitors to the building (under Covid19 guidelines)
Distribution of post
Dealing with couriers
Assisting the Accounts Department
Updating/data entry on the Accounting Database
Administration support to the operations team, typing reports, filing, scanning
Minimum 2/3 year’s experience within a similar role ideally working in the construction industry
Advanced MS Office skills to include Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Friendly welcoming personality
