Job Overview

You will oversee the delivery of various technical services to customers across Ireland, managing the teams of department heads responsible for the wider workforce and ultimately be responsible for all activities when reporting to the Managing Director.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all jobs are successfully completed to the satisfaction of clients
• Ensure all technical teams are well managed, suitably trained and understand their roles
• Ensure all services solutions comply to the highest level of quality and safety standards
• Take responsibility for any day-to-day operational issues
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on agreed KPIs
• Regularly audit customer sites for compliance and service delivery
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company
• Play an active role in business growth by ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Support strong financial performance, taking responsibility for cost containment and efficiencies
• Encourage and support strong governance throughout all relevant departments
• Contribute the growth and retention of new and existing business by encouraging a culture of long-term client relationships with high levels of engagement

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent Trades qualification in a relevant technical discipline
• Experience of M&E, HVAC in an Industrial, Facilities or Utilities industry environment
• At least 10 years’ management/ supervisory experience in Facilities Management/ Technical Operations
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of current statutory regulations
• PC literate with specific experience using BMS, MS Project, CMMS database systems
• The ability to produce and present clearly written reports
• Experience delivering Operational Excellence
• Experience in project management, budgetary and financial management and compliance
• Hold a current valid driving licence
