Providing Human Resource expertise as a HR Generalist/Executive and Business support to the Senior Management Team.
HR and Recruitment Support
Posting new job roles, screening and selecting candidates CVs from various sources such as Jobs.ie, Indeed.com, LinkedIn and company referrals.
Liaising with external recruiters to assist in identifying the correct calibre of candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews both on-site and virtually
Onboarding and Induction of successful candidates
Central to the role will be the day-to-day management of routine HR activities for the business.
To provide marketing campaign co-ordination, administration, facilitation, online management, implementation and enhancement of marketing activities as directed by the Managing Director.
Carry out sales support and customer care administration for the Director of Operations.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly operational administrative support tasks including HR administration, schedule and calendar management, reporting, filing, internal management task co-ordination and follow-up.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
▪ Managing databases and filing systems.
▪ Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
▪ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Ensure all administration solutions are of the highest level of compliance and quality standards.
You will be at the heart of the business, working alongside the leadership team, and will provide invaluable help in supporting them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative work.
A brilliant multi-tasker, managing the day-to-day HR process, Learning & Development, annual performance appraisal, recruitment, Health & Safety support, and scheduling meetings, dealing with disciplinaries, you can expect to enjoy a busy but varied day.
Previous HR Generalist/Executive experience a minimum of 3-5 years
Previous experience working for Senior Executives/Directors
Educated to Degree Level and CIPD Qualified or equivalent desirable
Proficient with MS Office/Excel and/or CRM
Location - Ennis, Co Clare
Salary - €40k - €45k (doe)
Hours - 40 per week
Reports - Director of Operations
Permanent Position - Immediate Interviews available
