Training one day Oct and November then full-time from 24 December 2021– 14 January 2022
Ensure that the full workplace aesthetics are presented perfectly at the start of each day, working with the cleaning team to achieve this while supporting the company with innovation, events and general workplace user experience. The workplace service coordinator provides an effective, efficient and informative service, serving as a single point of contact for the workplace for all service requests, complaints and general queries.
Provide Front of House duties by being welcome and helpful at reception.
Conduct regular tours and inspections of all office and support areas to assess conditions. and readiness for customer use and to detail any maintenance or corrective requirements.
Undertake configuration and setup duties to all meetings, events and ancillary support spaces.
Provide mailroom, logistics and stationery support services.
Undertake general maintenance and office support tasks as necessary.
Provide general safety & security support by supervising and escorting service providers and contractors as necessary.
Monitor and assign tickets for workplace related requests and follow up until close out.
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Managers, Specialists and other line managers as necessary.
Maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with all other service delivery staff and their appointed contractors.
Minimum 2 years Facilities Experience in a similar customer facing role within a medium-sized business Essential
Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
Excellent command of the English language through good verbal and written communication.
Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical in approach.
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work systematically and use own initiative.
Able to work on more than one task at any given time.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Character must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and promote a sense of team spirit and good morale within the office.
Reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements.
Calm manner able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities.
Hours: 8am- 5pm Monday-Friday - Free Parking
