Our client, a global facilities and property management company are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide support to their Project Team.
Holiday entitlement 23 days plus stats
Pension 1-5% matching basic Annual Salary
Life cover 2 X basic annual salary
Sick pay after 6 month probation = 10 days and 20 days after 2 years service

Social events through out the year
Working hours Monday to Friday 39 hours per week
" Control of critical documents
" Checking document criteria using Excel
" Track document approvals and status.
" Submission and tracking of documentation including Task Orders, Reports, Letters
Moving and lifting boxes within the Archive Storage Department
" General administration duties report generation, filing, scanning and photocopying
Essential Qualifications and Experience
" Strong/senior administration background essential
" 3/4 years Administration experience within a Technical environment
Excellent IT skills essential - MS Word and advanced MS Excel
Manual Handling experience desirable
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal essential
" Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential
" Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines essential
" Must be able to do repetitive work on an ongoing basis
