CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
Outline:
Our client a leader in the Assistance Services and Insurance industry is looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their onsite team in Liffey Valley. You will truly be a member of the family in this inclusive and diverse organisation. This role would suite someone who has customer service or retail experience and looking to move into an office based role.

Hours:
- Shifts based on a 35-hour week – Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, letters, live chat and e-mails in a prompt and courteous manner in line with the company and client expectations.
- Ensure all information put into system is accurate and up to date
- To conduct Marketing Campaigns and outbound calls.
- To action daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
- To maintain and update personal knowledge of past, present and future product ranges and programmes to facilitate an accurate response to the customer/retailer.
- Able to complete tasks accurately and within SLA’s
- Follow documentation procedures and ensure quality compliance
- To carry out additional duties and ad hoc projects as requested by the Supervisor/Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Successfully completed Leaving Certificate
- Excellent communication, phone manner and customer service skills
- Must have good geographical knowledge
- Genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Must be a team player and willing to help the team when needed
- Experience working in the automotive industry (desirable)
- Full clean Irish driving licence (desirable)
