Managing a busy telephone system
Ensure all employees using the entrance are authorised.
Meet and greet all visitors to the main Reception.
Sign-in visitors as they arrive and print their visitor’s badge
Email and phone the contact to advise that their visitor is in reception.
Will be dealing with lots of Email’s very email driven
Working for a Double Screen one for Email’s and the other is Outlook
Code visiting employees’ badges for access to all buildings.
Organise Taxis from Reception as requested.
Minimum of 3 years Corporate Reception Experience within a commercial environment
Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel)
