Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME), Permanent - Swords

- Responsible for the management and maintenance of all business platform required for the Service Desk
- Troubleshooting IT network and infrastructure issues
- Maintain Connection to centralised expert user group
- Support and participate in the Continuous Improvement program
- Support Operations in Maintenance Contract delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and work with the operations teams
- Support PDA utilisation and support throughout the region
- Pro-active ownership of all technology based platforms
- Address system issues and escalate appropriately to the central expert user group.
- Communicate all incidents affecting operations.
- Support mobilisation of contracts from award to operational delivery
Essential Skills and Experience
- Knowledge and experience in Maximo, Vision, Direct Audits, Mitel, Edison, Portals, CSAT, Masternaught etc
- Experience in using Cognos or Similar reporting systems
- Experience in a technical FM business including PPM operations, compliance and H&S Management.
- Expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Expert knowledge in FM CMMS systems & technology
- Good all-round IT systems capability and understanding
- Knowledge of IT Networks and systems
