IT Helpdesk Support Administrator
Location Dublin Airport
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a flare for working within IT and long term is looking to grow the IT department!
Tech Support for all clients with Portal Access
Internal IT Support, Printing, Mapping Drives, new installations, I-Med Access,
Project Management – ad hoc assistance on IT/IS programmes (e.g. rollout of new software, etc)
Ordering of new hardware/software, specification and rollout
Liaise with 3rd party IT support providers to escalate more complex issues
Telephone Management – Liaising with providers to ensure each office has the correct telephone/network lines. Dealing with suppliers when faults appear. Managing failover redundancy or redirection of calls in the event of telephone outages.
Report to Management on IT infrastructural overview
Creation of Online booking schedulers for large volume clinics
Assist in the completion of compliance questionnaires for clients on IT security.
Monitor and report on KPIs and/or Audit information monthly/quarterly or at other intervals as required
Answering phone calls and arranging appointments
Filing and typing up reports
Providing personal assistant support to medical staff
Billing patients and third-party payers;
Maintaining office files and patient records.
Keep office equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
