CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Location – Finglas
Start date - Immediate
Salary range: €26k-29k depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Receive orders by email and fax.
Process the orders which involves - checking bill to address/ship to address, PO no, End user address, sales rep, quantity of product, description of product, code of produce, price.
Process the order onto OMS - order management System
Process the order onto Order Entry system – Oracle
Make changes to orders where necessary, based on customers’ requests e.g. - change quantity, delivery date, delivery address
Work with supply chain team to ensure stock for orders is available and advise them on large orders that have been received.
Work with scheduling and production team on production and delivery dates for orders.
Work with shipping team to ensure goods are delivered to correct address at correct time/date on correct size truck
Inform clients/sales people on any short shipments/delays with orders.
Receive and process sample requests.
Provide sales support to sales people - confirm shipping dates, availability of goods.
Handle customer queries by phone and email on products, pricing and orders eg short shipments/late deliveries.
Handle overflow phone calls from reception.
Process spare parts requests from sales people and customers
Arrange visits by repair engineers to clients.
Work with quality team on any quality issues.
Work as part of a team with the other customer service members
Must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
Fully proficient with MS Office
Able to multi task and work to tight deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Provide a professional customer service experience
